Welded flights for drop forged chain
When you require continuous flow (en-masse or drag conveying) and the material is being moved slowly within the casing, then a drop forged conveyor chain with attachments matched to the materials being moved will be a good option.

Square Bar Flights
This is used for the grain and feed industries. Horizontal machines. Used mainly for en-masse conveying

Flat Bar Flights
This is the most popular type of flight. It is used in all industries depending on the thickness of the flights. May be used on inclined conveyors up to 20 deg. Can be used for en-masse or drag conveying

Paddle Flights
Similar to flat bar flight. Used a lot in drag conveying i.e. cement, wood chips, coal, aggregates etc.

Used for en-masse conveying. Mainly for grain conveyor, feed conveyor and woodchip conveyor applications. May be used on inclines up to 30 deg

Closed U Flights

Used in similar applications to closed U flight, but preferred if product is more 'sluggish' and difficult to handle
